The Absolute Poker Saga
Wow… it’s so sad the goings-on at Absolute Poker, what with the scandal about the insider security breach and ensuing major cheat. It’s really sending ripples throughout the entire online gaming world.
If this unfortunate incident transforms into a big-time wake-up call, it could bring the entire online gambling industry to a higher level of security and integrity. Which I imagine would be good for the gaming business. Time will tell, though given the fact that most online poker players are not experts and most do not read poker blogs and forums, it’s not likely that the news of the security breach and ensuing cheat will ever reach their ears. This may not even create a tiny blip in the bottom line for online gambling establishments.
